April ---- Dr Alan Fehr/Director of Psychological Health - ND National Guard (CONFIRMED) TOPIC: 5 States of Behavioral Change In order to have an effective safety program, we must attempt to understand what steps we as managers can take to influence an employees behavior to work safely while at the same time, productively and efficiently. Several speakers have presented behavioral change techniques from a practical aspect. This will be the first time SASA membership will be presented with basic human behavor change from a clinical aspect. It should be a thought provoking presentation.
